Agree to receive communications
We are committed to ensuring that all communications with you are lawful and transparent. By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from us via that medium of communication. If you wish to communicate with us via text messaging, then you can text us at 310-828-2403 and use the word, START or JOIN.
Job Updates: We will never send you marketing material via text. We may, from time to time, send job updates or notification when a technician is on the way.
Automated Communications: If you text us, and have START or JOIN in your messae to us, you consent to receive text messages. We currently do not use automated dialing systems or prerecorded voice messages.
Right to Revoke Consent: You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. To opt-out of receiving text communications, simply reply “STOP” to any text message we send you, or contact our customer support team by phone at 310-828-2403.
Types of Communications
We may send the following types of communications:
Job update: When a locksmith is on the way, we may send a text message letting you know the locksmith is on the way.
Auto-Dialing and Pre-Recorded Messages: We will never use an automated dialing system and prerecorded voice messages to contact you for service-related purposes or for marketing, as permitted by the TCPA.
Cookies
Suggested text: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
